Project Description

Overture Flats is a multi-family subdivision located on the east side of Lafayette, Indiana. TBIRD Design Services provided land surveying and civil engineering services on the 262 unit, 20 acre site. A notable challenge on this project was overcoming the steep terrain surrounding the site. Multiple agencies were involved with the permitting of this project including the City of Lafayette.
