Project Description

The Rise at Chauncey is a sixteen (16) story mixed-use development located in West Lafayette, Indiana. The project includes up to 21,000 square feet of retail space along with up to 300 residential units. TBIRD Design Services provided land surveying and civil engineering services on the project. Multiple agencies were involved with the permitting of this project including the Tippecanoe County Area Plan Commission, the City of West Lafayette, and Indiana American Water Company.
