TBIRD Design Services provided civil engineering and land surveying services for the development of Timberbrook Meadows for phase 1 and 2, a residential subdivision in Tippecanoe County. The project included subdivision planning, roadway and utility design, stormwater management, permitting, and platting services. From initial concept through final approvals, TBIRD coordinated with local agencies and utility providers to deliver comprehensive construction plans, drainage design, and surveying services that support the continued growth of this residential community.
