Project Description

Oak Ridge Subdivision is a single-family subdivision located north of Lafayette, Indiana. TBIRD Design Services provided land surveying and civil engineering services on the 104-lot, 48 acre subdivision. Multiple agencies were involved with the permitting of this project including the Tippecanoe County Surveyor’s Office, the Tippecanoe County Highway Department, American Suburban Utilities, Indiana American Water Company, the Tippecanoe Township Fire Department, and the Indiana Department of Environmental Management (IDEM).
