Hub Plus
MIXED-USE
The HUB Plus is a mixed-use building located in West Lafayette, Indiana. The project includes over 200 residential units along with retail spaces facing along State & Salisbury Streets. TBIRD Design Services provided land surveying and civil engineering services on the project. Multiple agencies were involved with the permitting of this project including the Tippecanoe County Area Plan Commission, the City of West Lafayette, and Indiana American Water Company.
