TBIRD Design Services partnered with Hadley Development, LLC to provide civil engineering and land surveying services for a new residential duplex development located on Morehouse Road in West Lafayette, Indiana. The approximately 2-acre site is planned to include 8–10 duplex buildings within a thoughtfully designed residential community.

TBIRD's scope of work included boundary and topographic surveying, schematic site planning, utility coordination, stormwater management design, subdivision platting, permitting, and construction plan development. The project required coordination with multiple local agencies and utility providers to establish roadway access, sanitary sewer service, water infrastructure, drainage systems, and subdivision approvals.
Services also included preparation of stormwater drainage reports, major subdivision plats, permitting assistance, and final construction documents to support project approval and future development. Through comprehensive planning and engineering design, TBIRD helped position the project for successful development while meeting local regulatory requirements and infrastructure standards.
