TBIRD Design Services partnered with the project team to provide engineering services for the Verve student housing development at 150 S. Chauncey Avenue in West Lafayette, Indiana. Working closely with the owner and contractor, TBIRD supported the successful delivery of extensive site and infrastructure improvements, including alley reconstruction, sidewalk enhancements, drainage upgrades, and other site amenities necessary to support the new mixed-use residential development. Throughout construction, TBIRD coordinated with project stakeholders to ensure compliance with local standards, design requirements, and regulatory approvals. Completed in 2024, the project contributes to the continued growth and revitalization of downtown West Lafayette while enhancing accessibility, functionality, and the surrounding public infrastructure.
